Fees

Fees vary depending on the therapist you see and the type of therapy you receive. The practice encourages you to call to discuss fees as reduced fees are offered on a case-by-case basis.

Insurance

We are in network with Aetna, United, Avmed, Oscar, and Optum. We do not accept Medicare or Medicaid plans. Additionally, they are out-of-network providers for most major health plans. This means that although they are not on your network, you may still receive a substantial reimbursement from your insurance company if you have met your out-of-network deductible. As a courtesy to you, Nicole Valdes Ph.D. & Associates P.A. will verify your benefits for you prior to your appointment.

Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and checks are accepted.

Cancellation Policy

The practice has a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you do not cancel within this timeframe, you will be responsible for the session fee. This is a standard psychotherapy practice.
